Kariana Pastoral in NSW’s Riverina region is one example. Karen Litchfield helped build the foundations of the family business alongside her husband Ian, and today daughters Amy and Emma are stepping into leadership roles, combining their farming heritage with fresh perspectives and a focus on innovation, people and productivity.

Now milking more than 1,000 cows, Kariana Pastoral supplies high-quality milk to Noumi’s Shepparton facility, helping deliver nutritious Australian dairy products to homes and cafes across the country.
