Employee Engagement Journey at Noumi

As part of our ongoing employee Engagement journey, a new initiative has been launched at Noumi: Engagement Champions

This program mobilises over 60 team members from across Noumi. These Champions will collaborate with leadership to cultivate sustained engagement and reinforce cultural consistency in our Engagement delivery. Their responsibilities include supporting leaders in developing and implementing engagement action plans, and fostering opportunities for meaningful cross-functional collaboration.

We extend our sincere appreciation to Camilla Frumar from Gallup for facilitating our launch sessions and providing valuable tools and insights to our Champions.

We’re looking forward to significant achievements through this collective, company-wide effort.
