Meet Akansha Gupta – a Deakin University PhD student who recently completed a three-month internship with Noumi as a Food Scientist.

Through her time with our team and under the mentorship of Noumi’s Director of Science and Nutrition Sonja Kukuljan PhD, Akansha has explored the practical side of food science, working closely on sensory testing and innovation projects at the cutting edge of the food and beverage industry.
