Imagining a Healthier Tomorrow—Driven by Research and Collaboration

July 5, 2025 Research and Development

Recently, the Noumi team joined a major research event at the University of Tasmania, working alongside leading minds to shape the future of food and health.

The research is part of $16.5 million of funding supporting the ARC Training HyTECH Centre and focused on industry-relevant innovation to support a healthier future.

As part of the ARC Training Centre for HyTECH, Noumi collaborates with research leaders at Deakin University’s Food Research Centre Australia (CASS), the University of Tasmania, and The University of Queensland. Together, we’re unlocking new insights into flavour enhancement, enzyme and quality detection techniques in raw dairy, and product performance improvements for dairy milk and dairy products.

At Noumi, we believe that imagining a healthier tomorrow means investing in breakthrough science and strong partnerships to solve real-world challenges, creating better, smarter, more nutritious products for all.
